Pleased with the quality of this item for a "costume hat"; exactly as pictured and description. Fast, but very expensive, shipping. Would definitely order from them again, or recommend them.

I bought this hat for my father. I had a major heart "event" in December 2011 and my doctors have not permitted me to drive again, yet. Once I began to feel better and wanted to run errands and such, it started to become a joke that my father was "Nigel, my chauffer" and he made me feel "rich, instead of sick." I bought this hat, not even knowing if he'd be stubborn and not wear it..or if he'd play along. Well, he wears the chauffer's hat when he's driving me on my errands or to doctors appointments! Of course, he immediately removes the hat once I exit the car...or we pull onto our street. I wasn't sure if the hat would fit because my dad has a large size head, but it is adjustable and fits just right. I love this hat...and I think my dad secretly does, too!

Cap arrived timely but seemed crooked. Upon closer inspection, it was sewn crooked. That is the fault of the manufacturer. Shipper might want to look into more quality control of what they are marketing.

Service was great, the product bought was as presented and very satisfied with the product. I've had some disappointing experiences with web purchases and this one may increase my using more, especially thru Amazon. Now I'm looking for a chauffeur's hat pin.

Looks very professional. My husband got it as a joke but has started wearing it when he drives me and friends around town. It gets a few double takes!
