The photo shows 4 holders. What I received was a holder with an ivory mouthpiece and a chrome end that holds the cigarette and 2 fake cigarettes. The description does say that you get 1 holder but I thought the photo was misleading. The chrome piece on mine had large black scratches on it. I contacted the company about this and offered an exchange but they credited my charge card instead. I am satisfied with the company but think that they should change the photo to what you get! I figured that I got a bonus because the description said nothing about the fake cigarettes. However, I would do business with them again since their customer service was fine. I would've raised the stars to 4 if the chrome wasn't scratched.

Only gave it 4 stars because I ended up finding one exactly like it in a costume store...after I'd already ordered this one. They were both similar in price only I wouldn't have paid shipping if I had of checked out the store first. But it was exactly what I was looking for and did not disappoint.

This cigarette holder is cute and will make a statement and compliment any costume. I personally use it at parties as a conversation starter.

I purchased this as a prop for a character in a video. It served its purpose adequately.
It is a low cost item, and made for costume use not for real cigarette smoking.
If you are looking for an item like this for decorative purposes it is fine.

I bought this for a masquerade costume party where I was playing a old socialite so I paired it with a feather boa, some fake pearls, other jewelry and a vintage-styled dress. The cigarette holder arrived on time for the party and it was perfect accessory for the night! You can insert a standard sized cigarette into the end of it. It fell off a few times, but you might be able to use a pair of plyers to tighten the grip it has on the cigarette. Despite Amazon's categorization of this as a toy it obviously is not a toy and is not intended for children. I'm not a smoker so I did not light the cigarette so I cannot speak to whether that is possible.
